Amir Saeed Ahmed is a Partner of Audit & Assurance rendering audit and assurance services in A.S. Ahmed & Co Chartered Accountants. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
Amir Saeed has more than 40 years of national and international experience of audit and assurance services in versatile industries. His professional experience includes working with Ernst Young.
His areas of expertise include Audit & Assurance, controls assurance review, internal controls and risk assessment reviews and fraud risk assessment related to external auditing. He is well versed with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and applicable corporate regulations.

Furqan Ahmed is a Partner of Tax and Legal at A.S. Ahmed & Co Chartered Accountants. He works with multinational companies as well as local major groups to rethink approaches to tax and reporting compliance and provide outsourcing services to meet their global compliance and reporting needs.
Furqan has extensive experience in tax advisory services of more than 15 years. His professional experience includes working with M. Yousuf Adil Co (Deloitte). Furqan joined Tax Advisory Services section of A.S. Ahmed & Co Chartered Accountants in December 2023.
He specializes in corporate tax, indirect tax. He also excels in the use of technology and process enhancements to standardize the tax reporting and compliance process. He helps clients gain control of their compliance and reporting obligations and dispute resolutions.
Furqan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Syeda Ayesha is manager in A.S. Ahmed & Co Chartered Accountants. She joined A.S. Ahmed & Co Chartered Accountants in 2017. She is member of ACCA.
She advises clients on accounting implications of new and existing standards, complex accounting matters, internal controls, corporate governance, finance and other related matters.

He helps his clients achieve team and individual budgets and business plan and performance objectives efficiently. He has managed project financials, including budgets, timely billing and collection and variance recognition and has maintained the highest technical and professional standard.
Assistant Manager
She is assistant manager in A.S. Ahmed & Co Chartered Accountants. She joined A.S. Ahmed & Co Chartered Accountants in 2025. She is pharmacist.
She ensures pharmaceutical products meet legal standards, managing registrations, approvals, and compliance with authorities like Pakistan’s DRAP, preparing submissions (clinical trials, marketing), updating on regulations, and overseeing labelling/advertising for safety and efficacy, protecting patients and company interests.
She has strong Pharma/Science backgrounds with experience in local rules, and excellent leadership skills.

Students registered with ICAP under Direct / Post Graduate Training Scheme or Private Graduate Scheme or those who have passed Intermediate stage of the CA Examination may apply for mandatory training at jobs@asahmed.com. ACCA, ICMA, PIPFA, CIA students and Commerce Graduates, wishing to join one year internship program for exposure in audit, accountancy, corporate and financial consultancy are also encouraged to apply as above. Training Terms and Stipend will be discussed in interview. As a matter of policy, we require a minimum of one year commitment from Graduate, ACCA, ICMA, PIPFA and CIA trainees. Training period and trainee stipend for ICAP registered students is as per ICAP’s regulations. Examination leaves of 15 days plus days during which the examinations take place are allowed to ACCA, CMA and PIPFA students every six months.
